Terms of Service

The service

AlaMenu (alamenu.io), operated by Epoch AI Applications & Services L.L.C, gives restaurants digital QR menus, table reservations with floor plans, and WhatsApp booking notifications. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with Google or Facebook.

Plans, trials & billing

The Free plan is free for as long as we offer it. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD: Pro at $4.99/month (up to 2 restaurant locations) and Premium at $7.99/month (unlimited locations), each starting with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial; the first charge occurs when the trial ends, then monthly thereafter. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel anytime from Settings — paid features remain until the end of the period already paid or trialed, and no further charges are made. Charges already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a renewal charge fails we retry over several days and then downgrade the account to Free; your data is not deleted by a downgrade.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.

Your content & your guests

You retain all rights to the menus, photos, and other content you upload, and you grant us the license needed to host and display them to your guests. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, including prices and allergen information.

For bookings, the restaurant is the controller of its guests' personal data; AlaMenu processes it on the restaurant's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree to use guest data only for managing reservations and to honor guests' deletion requests.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content or use, no spam or unsolicited messaging through the WhatsApp integration, no attempts to breach or overload the service, and no reselling of the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, after notice where practicable.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” — we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and integrations (WhatsApp, payment networks, sign-in providers) depend on third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost bookings.

Termination & changes

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
